Veteran tour guide Carlos Celdran who made headlines earlier because of his statement against the supporters of Mayor Duterte whom he called as “delusional and lazy.” Carlos Celdran also named the supporters of Mayor Duterte as Dutertarts but his previous video and Facebook post revealed that he is indeed a believer of Mayor Duterte and the success of Davao City.
In one of Carlos Celdran show on TV, he visited Davao City and was so amazed with the achievement of the city. He also stated during his visit that Davao City is the most progressive and most disciplined city in the Philippines which sounds like the kind of city he wants to live with.
Carlos Celdran also commended the discipline of Davao City with the kind of traffic and the proper implementation of the “no smoking” ordinance in the city of Davao.
Netizens already questions the intentions of Carlos Celdran in attacking the Davao City mayor, Mayor Duterte who no runs for President against his chosen candidate Mar Roxas.
