Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas is considered as one of the few presidential candidate who is not haunted by controversy particularly regarding his family but one of the recent viral post on Facebook revealed that the former Interior secretary Mar Roxas has a 19-year-old son in Iloilo.
According to a viral Facebook post of a certain Bogart Vikings, Mar Roxas has a son in Roxas City, the place where Mar Roxas was raised and his roots flourished.
The Facebook user noted that the alleged discovery of Mar Roxas having a son was made during the visit of the FB user in Panay Island during the year 2005.
Bogart Vikings revealed that Mar Roxas wife, Korina Sanchez is not the first wife of the Interior Secretary but the second wife of Roxas and therefore the presidentiable Roxas is not as clean as what most people think.

In 2005, I went to Panay Island, #Philippines. One of the cities I visited was #Roxas City where Mar Roxas was raised & his roots flourished.
I used to be the agent of Femeldas Trading, it was affiliated with #HSBC. I used to let applicants signed up for HSBC credit cards. I made friends with the government and private sector employees.
One of the secrets they told me was that Mar Roxas has a 9-year old son with his first wife. Therefore, Korina Sanchez is Mar’s second wife. The kid is now 19 years old.
I know this is not a big deal for those who know about this. But why I am telling this? Because most people doesn’t know Mar Roxas has a son. The public thinks that Mayor #Duterte is the only one with failed marriage.
Is Mayor Duterte a saint? No, he is not. He is also human just like you and me. He made mistakes. I know it is not nice to hear some curses and bad words. I don’t like it either but it doesn’t justify the person’s performance in doing a great job as the next Philippine President.
Is Pope Francis a saint? He is not either. He should forgive the vulgar Mayor if he was hurt & offended. I believe His Highness Pope Francis will just shrugged it off. #Abs-Cbn highlight this because Korina is one of their broadcast journalists. The Mayor said he will withdraw his candidacy if the Pope will consider him as rude and vulgar.
Meanwhile, let me remind you that Jesus Christ was so mad during the time when people used the synagogue as a “market” place and not as a house for worship. He was mad of the Pharisees also because of their hypocrisies. Do you think the Vatican is all clean and pure?
I am telling you this not because I want to justify the cursing of the #Mayor nor his bad vices & habits. At least he is being honest about it. I am telling you this because just like you & me he is a human being. He is not a self-professed Messiah.
If you think you don’t like Duterte, so be it. Some of you think that he is not Presidentiable, then it’s your choice. But you have to think what kind of President the Filipinos need at this time?
The next six years is very crucial in Philippine governance. China is bullying the Philippines over the Spratly Islands. Who can handle such pressures from Superpower nation like #China?
Do you need another corrupt President for the next six (6) years? Do you need a puppet in the government? Do you need a nice angelic face? Or do you need a President who can revitalize the Philippine government?
Finally, the mayor doesn’t really have a big budget like his political opponents. He can’t afford the advertising fee of multi-media corporations. He is just using his wits and clamor to get media attention. Period!
