Far Eastern University Tamaraws defeated and eliminated the powerhouse team La Salle from the elite Final Four of the UAAP Mens Basketball competition for the year 2015.
The FEU Tamaraws ended the journey of the Green Archers in the UAAP after so many years of making it to the final Four of the UAAP. The game ended with the final score of 71-68.
FEUs Roger Pogoy lead the Tamaraws comeback final quarter of the gamw whuch was well supported by their bench players while their main gunners used the game as their time to rest as they prepare for the final four battle against the the Ateneo Blue Eagles.
The top two players of the FEU Tamaraws Mac Belo and Mike Tolomia played with just three quarters and not seeing more than 14 minutes of action, but still the team managed to return to the semis of the UAAP Men’s basketball competition.
The other final four match up features top seeded team University of Santo Tomas going up against the defending champion National Universiry Bulldogs.
