Watch: US News Anchor Greta Van Susteren Reacts on the Controversial Laglag Bala Controversy at NAIA

International news anchor and veteran journalist of Fox News Greta Van Susteren reacts in her segment “Off the Record” amid the series of bullet planting incident at the Philippines premier gateway, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

According to the veteran news anchor, her Filipino-American friend tipped her off that international travelers were “being targeted by Filipino airport security officials who plant live ammunition in their luggage.”

The anchor noted that the controversial activitiest at the airport is all part of a plot to extort money out of the international traveler. Greta Van Susteren also mentioned that 30 cases have recorded in the last 12 months while five international passengers have been arrested in the past two weeks.

The Fox News anchor caught international headlines during the year 2014 she slammed the Thailand government for sitting on radar information regarding the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 where she was described by The Bangkok Post as “rude and crude.”

The controversial news anchor was hailed as among the Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women in 2015.
