The unexpected box office movie “Heneral Luna” earns a very impressive P140 million in box office earnings after three weeks of showing in various cinemas nationwide.
The P140 million box office earnings was confirmed to the media by the film’s producer himself, Eduardo Rocha.
Last week entertainment media reported that the film have already breached the P100 million box office income after struggling to get some positive feedbacks from major cinemas.
The movie Heneral Luna is under the direction of Jerrod Tarug and was chosen by Filipino movie experts as the official entry of the Philippines in the prestigious Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language category.
