Daniel Padilla revealed to the media who he meet his ultimate basketball idol during the short trip of the Golden State Warriors point guard to the Philippines. He even posed for a picture with Stephen Curry during their meet and greet session at Raffles Hotel in Makati.
The country’s “Teen King” Daniel Padilla was reportedly got followed by the NBA MVP on Twitter last July. Stephen Curry arrived in the Philippines for a one-day visit as part of his Asian tour dubbed “The UA Roadshow featuring Steph Curry.”
The 27-year-old Stephen Curry revealed during his visit to the Philippines that it will not be his first here in the country as he eager to be back soon and even thanked for his Filipino fans for the continued support on him while playing for the Bay Area team, Golden State Warriors.
During the meeting of Daniel Padilla and Stephen Curry, the Filipino teen star revealed that Stephen Curry give him a pair of shoes and they even enjoy a video with each other.
Daniel Padilla is a known basketball lover, he was even drafted by the AMA Titans in the Philippine Basketball Association D-League last year but declined to participate.
