The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of the September 2015 Veterinarian Board Exam. According to PRC’s announcement a total of 299 out of 719 passed the Veterinarian Licensure Examination given by the Board of Veterinary Medicine in the cities of Manila and Cagayan de Oro.
Aside from the list of passers and topnotchers, the PRC also released the list of Top Performing Schools and the entire Performance of Schools during the September 2015 Veterinarian Board Exam.
Based upon the PRC’s announcement, only one school made it to the elite list of Top Performing Schools in the recently concluded Veterinarian Board Exam. The University of the Philippines-Los Banos is the lone school in the top performing schools with a total of 49 passers out of 52 examinees or 94.23% passing rate.
The members of the Board of Veterinary Medicine who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Ma. Elizabeth D. Callanta, Chairman; Dr. Mariano LL. Jovellanos and Dr. Maximino M. Montenegro, Members. The results were released in one (1) working day from the last day of examination.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on September 9 and 10, 2015. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2015-2018. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later by the PRC.
