August 2015 Mining Engineers Board Exam Top Performing & Performance of Schools

The Professional Regulation Commission released the official results of the August 2015 Mining Engineers Board Exam on Monday afternoon, August 17, 2015. According to PRC’s announcement a total of 173 out of 214 passed the Mining Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Mining Engineering in Manila this August 2015.

Top Performing Mining

Aside from the list of passers and Topnotchers, the PRC also released the official results of the Top Performing Schools as well as the Performance of Schools in the recently concluded examination.

Based upon the PRC’s announcement there are only two schools who made it to the list of Top Performing Schools in the August 2015 Mining Engineers Licensure Examination. The University of the Philippines-Diliman topped the board exam with a total of 33 passers out of 34 examinees for a passing rate of 97.06%.

Coming in second place as Top Performing Schools in the Mining Engineer Board Exam is the Saint Louis University of Baguio City with a passing rate of 87.50% or a total of 35 passers out of 40 examinees.

The PRC also announced that the Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on August 24, 2015 while the oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be announced later.
