Following the report that Vice President Jejomar Binay has already filed a libel case against hi critics on Monday, Senator Antonio Trillanes IV hit back saying the vice president is showing sign that he is already panicking.
Trillanes was among the individuals who are recipient of the case filed by Binay before the Makati Regional Trial Court.
Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano and Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales were also included in the complaint.
However, Trillanes was not affected by the move of VP Binay.
“Nagpapakita lang ito na nagpapanic na si VP Binay kaya sinusubukan na lang nyang takutin ang mga umuusig sa kanya,” he said in a statement.

Trillanes added that they will face the case in court firming that he will continue to expose the irregularities.
Trillanes and Cayetano initiated the Senate probe into corruption allegations against Binay, his son Makati Mayor Junjun Binay, other local officials and construction firms.
