Teen rocker and band member from Dinagat Islands, Owen Garcia completes Team Sarah’s line-up on the second season of the country’s most popular singing competition on national TV. The 13-year-old aspiring singer from Mindanao performed the song popularized by Aerosmith titled “Amazing.”

According to Owne Garcia, he performed with his elder brother, a lead guitarist on their band. They already joined several band competitions before.
Two coaches of The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2, Coach Sarah Geronimo and Coach Lea Salonga turned their red cahair for him. The only coach who did not turn for the young rocker is no other than the Pinoy rock icon, Bamboo.
Coach Lea Salonga on her part noted that “Ang ganda lang ng tapon ng boses mo,” while coach Sarah also added that she will be ready to handle Owen Garcia even if his voice goes to a lower range.
Owen Garcia completed Geronimo’s team in the season of the talent search, joining Alexia Dator, Alysia Celo, Amira Medina, Andrew Patuasic, Francis Lim, Gianluigi Ale, Jolianne Salvado, Joshua Torino, Ken Jhon Mebrano, Kenshley Abad, Kristel Belo, Krystle Campos, Kyle John Echarri, Gift Cerna, Mandy Sevillana, Rock Opong, and Zephanie Dimaranan.
