One of the fastest growing pop singer online, Katrina Velarde recorded her own version of the hit song “Flashlight” together with former X Factor Philippines contestant Monique Lualhati of AKA Jam. The Flashlight video which was first posted on Katrina Velarde’s Facebook account garnered more than a million views within 24 hours of posting online.
According to Katrina Velarde’s Facebook profile she works with Manila Genesis Entertainment and Management Services Inc., the company of Gary Valenciano, who produces some of the country’s most popular singers.
Monique Lualhati on her part participated in the X Factor Philippines Season 1, for AKA Jam and was a bonafide member of “The Voice of the Philippines Season 2.”
Both Monique Lualhati and Katrina Velarde are talents of Manila Genesis Entertainment Talent Agency.
