The half-brother of Kapamilya star Coco Martin, Ronwaldo Martin has decided to follow the footsteps of his popular brother as he wants to enter the showbiz industry. According to Ronwaldo Marin in an interview with entertainment site, Pep.ph, he noted that he looks up to his brother and would like to make a name for himself in showbiz.
According Ronwaldo Martin, he considered his older brother as his role model and has been seeking acting tips from Coco, who started his career via indie films before making a name as one of the most popular teleserye actor of our generation.
The young Ronwaldo Martin was quoted as saying “Gusto ko po ay makilala rin ako bilang ako at hindi lang bilang kapatid ni Coco. Gusto ko po ay magkaroon din ako ng sariling tatak, pero gusto ko rin na sa drama malinya. Sana po ay magtuluy-tuloy na ang pagdating ng projects sa akin,” he said.
The 18-year-old Ronwaldo Martin also noted that if given the opportunity to work with Coco Martin, he is more than willing to learn from the actor. Aside from Coco Martin as the role model of Ronwaldo, he also looks up to action star Robin Padilla on his entry into the showbiz industry.
The young Martin, although dreams of making it big in the entertainment industry where his brother excel, he also admitted that he is not yet prepared to face intrigues.
The newest actor, Ronwaldo also revealed to the media that he really respects Coco Martin because the actor stood as their “Padre de Pamilya” and he is the one who sends him to school.
