The 7.4 magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 cause much panic and devastation in some areas of Nepal, netizens who were affected took time to capture the devastation and shared them on social media such as Twitter and other social networking site.
Residents who were affected by the 7.4 magnitude earthquake immediately rushed to the streets, while motorists were struck in traffic jams. Most of the shops that were affected by the newest earthquake that hits Nepal were closed after the powerful tremors were felt.
Shockwaves of the latest earthquake that hits Nepal were felt across Northern India and as far as the capital New Delhi, where building swayed for more than a minute and people rushed into the streets.
The quake’s epicentre was close to Everest Base Camp, which was evacuated after an avalanche triggered by the April 25 quake killed 18 climbers.
