The March 2015 Mechanical Engineering and Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Examination was released on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 or in exactly three working days after the last day of examination. Aside from the list of passers, the PRC also released the Top Performing and Performance of Schools.
The PRC announced that the 739 out of 1,247 passed the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination and 19 out of 28 passed the Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Examination given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in Manila and Cebu this March 2015.
The Batangas State University-Batangas City topped the March 2015 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination with a 100% passing rate or a total of 84 passers out of 84 number of examinees. Aside from the Batangas State University, the other top performing school in the March 2015 Mechanical Engineering Board Exam is the Mapua Institute of Technology-Manila which garnered 83.64% or 46 passers out of 55 examinees.
The members of the Board of Mechanical Engineering who gave the licensure examinations are Engr. Jesus M. Redelosa, Chairman; Engr. Fernando S. Guevara and Engr. Mirardo C. Malazarte, Jr., Members.
The PRC also announced that the Registration for the Issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on March 18, 2015 but not later than March 20, 2015. The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be announced later.
