The top-grossing Star Cinema movie, “Crazy Beautiful You” featuring the famous tandem of KathNiel already earned more than P220 million in box office results in just 12 days of showing nationwide. The latest box office income results of the Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla movie was announced by Kris Aquino on The Buzz.
The movie “Crazy Beautiful You” is still showing in more than a hundred cinemas nationwide aside from the announced international screening of the movie due to popular demands from Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW’s) and Filipino residents from various parts of the world.
Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo were featured in the romantic comedy movie, which according to both stars their most challenging movie so far on their entire career. The KathNiel tandem have been paired previously under Star Cinema movies but their latest is considered to be the most successful one.
Crazy Beautiful You is directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar and written by Carmi Raymundo, which also features the son of Piolo Pascual, Inigo Pascual as the third party in the relationship of Kathryn and Daniel Padilla.
The movie also stars veteran movie and TV stars Lorna Tolentino and Gabby Concepcion who were known during their early days in the showbiz industry as blockbuster actors and actresses.
“Crazy Beautiful You” is about a love story that blossoms during a medical mission to Mt. Pinatubo, which also feature some cameo appearances of the native residents of the place, the Aetas.
