Cadet First Class Arwi Chiday Martinez of Loakan Proper, Baguio City was named as the valedictorian of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Sinaglahi Class of 2015. The announcement was released to the media by the country’s premier military institutions with its headquarters located in Baguio City, Philippines.
The Cordillera native Arwi Chiday Martinez will be leading the PMA Class of 2015 who has 171 members on their class also known as the PMA Sinaglahi Class. Sinaglahi stands for Sundalong Isinilang na may Angking Galing at Lakas, Handang Ipaglaban and Bayan.
Cadet 1st Class Arwi Chiday Martinez will receive the Presidential Saber from President Benigno Simeon Aquino III on March 15 during the graduation ceremony of the Philippine Military Academy.
Among the Top 10 cadets in this year’s PMA Class of 2015 is the lone female member of the Top 10, is Cadet First Class Caroline Jhoy Nacional of Maitum, Sarangani, who ranked fifth.
