Rachelle Ann Go was chosen by Walt Disney Studios Southeast Asia to sing and star in the music video of the popular Disney song titled “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes,” which is in conjunction with the launch of the new live-action film, “Cinderella.” The award-winning recording star and West End actress will be featured as the singer of the popular 1950 animated film, Cinderella.
The song “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes,” was sung in the movie as Cinderella’s encouragement for her animal friends to never stop dreaming. The theme of “never stop dreaming” was continuously used throughout the entire classic fairy-tale.
The ballad for the Cinderella movie was written and composed by Mack David, Al Hoffman and Jerry Livingston. The song will be revived by Rachelle Ann Go under the production of Walt Disney which will feature a new arrangement and music video to deliver the inspirational and positive message of the new “Cinderella” movie.

We chose Rachelle Ann Go as she embodies the positivity and inspirations of Cinderella, and is a living idol for young Filipinos everywhere who never stopped following her dreams,” said Amit Malhotra.
The latest music video features a touching segment which is considered as one of Rachelle’s most memorable moment when she was surprised by a visit from her mother who flew all the way from Manila to surprise her during the studio recording of the song.
