In the latest interview with the former heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson noted that Mayweather’s defensive counter-punching style would give him trouble against the loose-cannon Manny Pacquiao as the two future hall of famer will slug it out this coming May 2, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The statement of the 48-year-old boxer, Mike Tyson was released online through his official YouTube channel. The boxing icon, Tyson stated that “He has to fight. If he’s not going to score, he is going to lose the round,” Tyson said.

According to Mike Tyson, there are two boxers who gave Manny Pacquiao trouble in the ring, they were Timothy Bradley and Juan Manuel Marquez, both of them “threw over a hundred punches a round” comparing to Mayweather who doesn’t throw near a hundred punches per round which will surely put him in trouble against Pacquiao.

Mike Tyson noted that Mayweather is a scientific fighter who plots a lot, sits around and poses but Pacquiao is all over the place, and always moving in. The boxing legend added further that Pacquiao could negate Floyd’s style through his constant movement and use of the ring.
