Arwind Santos MVP

The San Miguel Beermen won its first title in the All-Filipino Conference after 14 seasons, the last time the Beermen won the title was way back the year 2001.

The 33-year-old Arwind Santos led the San Miguel Beermen on their Game 7 victory after scoring the last four points of the team particularly the most crucial of all shots, the three-pointers he fired with just 43 seconds left in the fourth quarter that put his team ahead against the Aces comeback.

Arwind Santos was considered as one of the most consistent Beermen during the best-of-seven championship series averaging 18.4 points, 9.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game against the newest “never-say-die-team,” Alaska Aces.

During the Game 7 of the PBA All Filipino Cup finals, the 2013 Season MVP Arwind Santos scored with 22 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks which was instrumental in the Beermen’s championship victory against the Alaska Aces.
