Filipino boxing icon and the world’s only eight division world champion, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao confirmed to the media that he was invited by a member of England’s royal family. Manny Pacquiao will fly to London later this month to meet Prince Harry of Wales who invited him for a dinner and tour of the Buckingham Palace.
The invitation for Manny Pacquiao came from no less than that the youngest son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana, Prince Harry of Wales. The Filipino boxing icon and one of the world’s most eligible bachelor Prince Harry will meet this coming January 22, 2015.
In an exclusive interview with veteran journalist Dyan Castillejo, Manny Pacquiao was quoted as saying “May dinner lang dun sa [England] kay Prince Harry and tour sa [Buckingham] Palace,” Pacquiao said.
The Pinoy boxing icon is expected to fly to the US next wek to promote his movie “Manny” before heading to London, England for the highly anticipated meeting with Prince Harry.
The 36-year-old Manny Pacquiao will be back to the US in early February to speak at one of the vents of the National Prayer Breakfast, to be held in Washington D.C.
Aside from the invitation from Prince Harry, Manny Pacquiao will also judge during the Miss Universe 2014 coronation night this coming January 2, 2015 at the U.S. Century Bank Arena in Miami, Florida.
