PO3 Jannet Cadayona, also known as the singing cop won the Battle Round of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 during the Sunday’s episode of the top trending singing competition against R&B singer Arnee Hidalgo. At the end of their performance, Coach Apl.de.Ap decided who among the two will proceed to the next round of the competition, the Knockout Stage.

Arnee Hidalgo and Jannet Cadayona performed the OPM classic ballad “Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo” by Basil Valdez to the delight of their fans and followers as well as the four judges of the country’s most popular singing competition on national TV.
Right after the performances of Jannet Cadayona and Arnee Hidalgo, the coaches were divided on who among the two artists performed the song better. Coach Lea Salonga and Sarah Geronimo were in favor of Arnee Hidalgo for managing to retain her original style.
Coach Bamboo Manalac and Apl.de.ap picked the singing cop, Jannet Cadayona for pouring her heart into the song. At the end of the their performance, the final decision belongs to Coach Apl.de.ap who decided to retain Jannet Cadayona with her team.
Although Arnee Hidalgo was not chosen by Coach Apl.de.ap, it’s not the end of her journey as Coach Bamboo decided to steal the R&B singer and told Arnee Hidalgo that she will not be going home this early.
