Kokoi Baldo vs. Elmerjun Hilario Battle Round Results Video (Dec. 7)

The four-chair turner during the Blind Audition of The Voice of the Philippines, Kokoi Baldo moved on the next round of the country’s top-trending singing competition after he was chosen by Coach Sarah Geronimo over Elmerjun Hilario in the Sunday’s episode of the Battle Rounds. Although Elmerjun Hilario was not chosen by Coach Sarah but another coach made a steal on him, so he will moved on to the next round.

The 35-year-old Kokoi Baldo is considered as one of the most popular artist in The Voice of the Philippines after his blind audition video became one of the most watched video uploaded by the official YouTube account of The Voice Ph, garnering more than 3.7 million views as of this moment.

During the Battle Rounds on Sunday, December 7, 2014, before Coach Sarah Geronimo’s decision in selecting Kokoi to proceed to the next round of the competition, the other three coaches made their comments on the performance of the two Bacolod-based singer.

Coach Bamboo was impressed with Elmerjun Hilario, admiring how he was able to maneuver his way through the song, while Coach Lea Salonga and Apl.de.Ap both decided to side with Kokoi Baldo.

The final decision was given to Coach Sarah Geronimo who finally decided to chose Kokoi Baldo to move in the next round of the competition, the Knockout Stage of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. Kokoi Baldo moves on the next round of the competition, joining Jason Dy, Jason Fernandez and Monique Lualhati.

Although Elmerjun was not chosen by Coach Sarah, he will still moved on to the next round of the competition after the remaining three judges decided to steal Elmerjun but the final decision of Hilario, he will join Kamp Kawayan.
