One of the most popular R&B singer during the early 2000’s, Arnee Hidalgo completes the team members of Coach Apl.de.Ap in The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 as she was given the chance to got a second shot at stardom, after she became the 14th and final member of Team Apl.de.Ap. She successfully passed the blind audition episode which was aired on Sunday, November 30, 2014.

Arnee Hidalgo is the sister of OPM icon Jeffrey Hidalgo, she rose to fame during the year 2003 with her revival of the song “Cold Summer Nights” as popularized by the late Francis Magalona.
During the Sunday’s episode of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 Blind Audition, Arnee Hidalgo performed the song “Feeling Good” during the blind audition and she was able to impress Coach Apl.de.Ap with her rendition.
According to Arnee Hidalgo, she decided to take a break from showbiz to focus on her family. One of her son, Sam Shoaf, also joined Team Sarah in “The Voice of the Philippines” Kids Audition but he was eliminated in the Battle Rounds.
The three coaches of The Voice namely Coach Bamboo, Sarah Geronimo and Lea Salonga showed their surprise when they found out who it was singing the song “Feeling Good,” but they never turned around although they really appreciate Arnee’s effort.
Arnee Hidalgo joined other members of Team Apl.de.Ap which are composed of the following namely: Mackie Cao, Abbey Pineda, Alisah Bonaobra, Bradley Holmes, Darryl Ong, Ferns Tosco, Jannet Cadavona, Jason Fernandez, Kristina Ng, Mark Avila, Mark Cando, Mercedita Quiachon, and Samantha Felizco.
