Nov. 2014 Chemical Engineer Top Performing & Performance of Schools

The Professional Regulation Commission released the official results of the November 2014 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, wherein a total fo 596 out of 871 passed the examination. Aside from the list of passers, the PRC also released the Top Performing and Performance of Schools in the recently concluded examination held in Manila and Cebu.

According to the PRC’s announcement, there are only three schools who made it to the elite list of Top Performing Schools in the November 2014 Chemical Engineering Board Exam. The Top Performing Schools includes the University of the Philippines-Diliman with 91.76% passing followed by UP-Los Banos with 86.27% passing, and the Batangas State University-Batangas City (PBMIT) with 81.03% passing rate.

The Professional Regulation Commission also released the alphabetical list of the Performance of Schools in the recently concluded November 2014 Chemical Engineering Board Exam conducted by the Board of Chemical Engineering composed of Engr. Ofelia V. Bulaong as Chairman, with Engr. Francisco A. Arellano and Engr. Jeffrey G. Mijares as Board Members.

The PRC also noted that the Issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on November 27 and 28, 2014. For those who will register they are required to bring the following requirements, which are listed below:

  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
  • current Community Tax Certificate (cedula),
  • 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag),
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
  • Pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017.

The PRC also noted that all successful examinees of the November 2014 Chemical Engineering Board Examination should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony will be announced later.
