The newest teleserye of the Kapamilya Channel featuring Nash Aguas titled Bagito dominates its rival shows in terms of nationwide ratings according to Kantar Media survey. “Bagito” became one of the top-rating teleserye in the country during it’s pilot episode on Monday, November 17, 2014.
The Nash Aguas-starrer teleserye registered a national TV rating of 27.2%, more than double the registered viewership of its competing program on GMA7 “Coffee Prince,” which garnered 11.3%.
According to Kantar Media, the audience share of Bagito ranked as the fourth most watched TV program nationwide during the November 17, 2014 results of the ratings released online by the agency.
The teleserye “Bagito” trails behind fellow Primetime Bida offerings “Forevermore” which garnered a 29.3% ratings, “Hawak Kamay” 28.9%, and “TV Patrol” (28.25), while the teleserye “Two Wives” ranked fifth with 21.2%.
“Bagito is based on the hit Wattpad series written by Noreen Capili, the story centers on High School student Drew (Nash Aguas) as he grapples with reality of having a child of his own at wrong time, as he is just transitioning to adulthood.
The series which is set to become one of the hottest teleserye on Primetime is directed by Onat Diaz and Jojo Saguin. The teleserye “Bagito” also stars Alexa Ilacad as Drew’s love interest while Ella Cruz served as the mother of Drew’s child. Veteran actors Agot Isidro, Ariel Rivera and Angel Aquino also stars in the teleserye.
