November 2014 Midwife Board Exam Topnotchers (Top 10 Passers)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 13, 2014 that the official results of the Midwife Licensure Examination is now available online. Out of the 1,401 examinees who passed the Midwife Board Exam, a student of UP School of Health Sciences-Leyte, Hannah Grace Da-Ang Pugon topped the list of Top 10 Passers or Topnotchers with an 92.25% grade.

The PRC announced that a total of 1,401 out of 2,768 passed the November 2014 Midwife Licensure Examination, conducted in designated testing centers located in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Aside from the official list of passers and topnotchers or Top 10 Passers, the PRC also announced that the Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on November 20-21, 2014, while the date and venue of the oathtaking ceremonies will be announced later.

For those who will Register, they are required to bring the following:

  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community
  • Tax Certificate (cedula),
  • 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag),
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
  • and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P450 and Annual Registration Fee of P420 for 2014-2017.
  • Successful examinees should personally register and sign in

The PRC also noted that all successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
