Empress Schuck Returns To Kapuso Network As A Freelancer

The Filipina-German actress Empress Schuck has returned to the Kapuso network through the upcoming series titled “Kailan Ba Tama Ang Mali” as freelance artist.

On Wednesday, the GMA Network posted a photo of Empress Schuck on their official Instagram account, announcing that she will be part of the series, which also stars Geoff Eigenmann, Max Collins and Dion Ignacio.

In a statement sent to the entertainment website PEP, the talent manager of Empress Schuck clarified that the former “Rosalka” star is not an exclusive artist of GMA network and her contract in the network is per project.

“Her doors are open to any network that would have her. What’s important is that by the end of the day she has work and is able to practice her craft, which she has been doing for more than a decade,” the statement read.

It also added that Empress Schuck is excited to work with other Kapuso artists in the her newest soap opera. She is also focusing on improving her craft to prove herself as an actress.

“Empress is excited to work with everyone in GMA. Her focus right now is to prove herself worthy as a certified actress and to distinguish herself from other artists in the industry. She has been working since she was 6 years old, it’s about time for growth and change both in reel and real life,” it added.

Empress Schuck started her career as a child actress in the GMA Network. She appeared in several TV series including, “Ibigin Ay Ikaw,” “Munting Anghel,” and “Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin.” She last worked as a kapuso star in the fantasy series “Etheria” before she trasnferred to ABS-CBN.

Empress Schuck was last seen in the comedy film “Beauty In A Bottle,” which was top billed by Angelica Panganiban, Alessandra De Rossi and Angeline Quinto.
