The bride who was identified as Qing Kao pranks her groom-to-be when she appeared during a photo shoot for their upcoming wedding looking like a 50-year-old lady. The intention of the bride is to surprise her future husband, Guo Chien, but her stunt backfired.
During the time when the groom arrived at the photo shoot, the groom did not see anything amusing, he don’t want to take pictures with an old woman who aged herself by using a make-up and adding grey streaks on her hair.
Based upon the scene which was captured on camera and made national headlines in China, at first the groom was more considerate, as he told the 26-year-old bride to go home, wash off the make-up, and dress up like her real self, so they could continue with the photo shoot.
The bride was shocked with the decision of her groom-to-be, who did not get the joke, she still wanted to have a couple of shots taken because she already made such an effort to dress like an old woman.
When the bride Qing Kao insisted, the groom became angry despite the presence of onlookers who started to gather around the street where the photo shoot should take place.
The groom then decided to run away from the bride and based upon reports, the Chinese groom finally decided to cancel the wedding.
