The country’s largest network, ABS-CBN finally released a teaser and preview of the highly anticipated “The Voice of the Philippines” Season 2. The tw0-minute video clip contains the blind audition of a female police who is identified as Jannet taking the stage with her powerful rendition of the hit song popularized by Eva Eugenio titled “Tukso.”

The policewoman contestant managed to turn at least one of the four chairs, although right now it is not clear who among the four judges pushes his or her button and decided to recruit the aspiring singer to his or her team.
Aside from the policewoman who was chosen by the Kapamilya Channel on their blind audition preview video, another contestant only identified as Tanya made a tremendous performance with her growling high notes of the song popularized by Heart titled “What About Love.” Based upon the preview video, “two chairs” turned for her, but it is still unclear who were the judges pushes her or his button for the contestant.
The Season 2 of “The Voice Philippines of the Philippines” will feature the same cast of judges and mentors as the original The Voice Ph Season I. One of the coaches who did not join the top-rating The Voice Kids, Allan “apl.de.ap” Pineda Lindo will return as the fourth judge and mentor of the show.
The Philippines most popular singing competition will premiere this coming Sunday, October 26, 2014 at around 8:30 PM. The show will be hosted by veteran actress and host Toni Gonzaga alongside Luis Manzano with Alex Gonzaga and Robi Domingo as V Reporters.
During the debut season of The Voice Ph, Mitoy Yonting, the vocalist of a local band Draybers was declared the grand winner and champion. He was coached by international star Lea Salonga. The Season 2 of The Voice Ph will feature coaches Sarah Geronimo, Lea Salonga, apl.de.ap and Bamboo Manalac.
