Canadian reggae fusion band Magic, the singer behind the summer smashed hit “Rude” is coming to Manila on October 22, 2014.
The Rude hitmaker will be performing at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila according to the announcement made by local promoter Wilbros Live. This will mark as their first performance in the country.
The Canadian band which made blast in top charts with its carrier single, Rude is composed of songwriter and record producer Nasri on lead vocals, Mark Pellizzer, Alex Tanas and Ben Spivak.
Magic’s debut album, “Don’t Kill The Magic” recently dominated as No.6 in the US Billboard Charts. The album was released on June 30, 2014.
Members of the Canadian reggae fusion band originally came from Hawaii. Nasri started his career as one of the frontman of Canadian band “The Messengers” which was previously named as among the most popular bands in Canada.
Magic was featured in various tracks including Shakira’s “Cut Me Deep” and 2014 FIFA World Cup in the featured album named One Love, One Rhythm.
Tickets will be available this coming Friday, September 19, 2014 at TicketWorld.
