The Voice Kids finalist Darren Espanto tops the iTune list in the Philippines. He had dominated the Philippine chart of Apple iTunes store Thursday, September 11, 2014 with two of his covers. With this, he actually topped songs by the international record artist.
Number on the list is the rendition of Darren for Whitney Huston song entitled “One Moment in Time.” He had beaten the foreign singers like Taylor Swift, The Script, John Legend and Adam Levine.
This is the list of the iTune list in which it is included in “The Voice Kids Album.”
On the other hand, no. 2 on the list is Darren’s version of the song of Justine Bieber entitled “Somebody To Love.” 13-year old Darren sang it on the finals of “The Voice Kids.”
Darren in the past had said that it is really his dream to make it big in the music industry. With this, he is really grateful. Also, on the opportunities that have come along after he had joined “The Voice Kids.”
Actually, before he have joined “The Voice Kids,” he had joined the Canadian reality show entitled “The Next Star.” He had also been the city champion in Canada during the contest for young Filipinos there. The said competition is known to be the “Pinoy Singing Sensation.”
