Recently, “Pure Love” star Joseph Marco said that Alex Gonzaga will be his date in the Star Magic Ball. In which, his best friend Arjo Atayde had admitted earlier his admiration to Alex. The three are the lead stars of “Pure Love.”
During his contract signing, he was interviewed and he informed his plans in the said Star Magic Ball.
Marco admitted that he was actually challenged to Alex. He felt shy when talking about Alex. Since then, he don’t have any choice anymore but just to ask Alex to be his date on the ball. He texted Alex then.
Considering about Arjo, he said that he asked permission to him in the first place. “Well, Arjo is my best friend and mature naman siya at nagpaalam din ako sa kanya,” he said.
He also told Arjo that “May the best man win.”
On the other hand, he really felt shy when talking about Alex. But he have learned to get closer to the actress as time goes by. According to him, their relationship formed in “Pure Love” is a great help.
“Actually hindi ko alam. I’m asking myself, ‘bakit ako nahihiya sa kanya?’ Pero little by little, naging comfortable ako sa kanya. Kasi sa ‘Pure Love’, bihira ang scenes namin together kasi palagi siyang coma. Parang ganoon ko lang siya nakakaeksena, so bihira talaga. Ngayon, nakaka-bonding ko siya sa set and little by little ay nagiging close naman,” he stated.
He also admitted that he was not that interested in Alex on the first place. But then, little by little, day by day, she seems to grow old. He also said that Alex is so true to herself. He actually finds Alex cute.
He was then asked if he is planning to pursue Alex. Based on him, he still have to think things first so that no one will get hurt at the end.
