Every Filipino is familiar to the song Lupang Hinirang being the national anthem of the country. It is always sang before the start of the boxing match. It is always sang before any program should start.
Lupang Hinirang is known to be the national anthem of the Philippines. It is composed in 1898 by Julian Felipe. However, it is not actually the first national anthem to be conceived in the country.
Meanwhile, in every boxing match of the known Filipino boxers, many singers had already sang different version of this song. Some are low, some are high. But then, it’s purpose to make known our country and it’s national anthem is achieved. Through it, our country is also known in different countries all around the world.
But there’s a weird video showing that a Korean had memorized and sang the national anthem of the country. Actually, his video had already gone viral.
You will really come to think of how thus Korean man had memorized the national anthem of the Philippines. Somehow, it sounds strange for a Korean to do it. I mean there are some Filipino who actually can’t memorize the song if you let them sing it. I guess, this Korean had really take time just to memorize the national anthem of the country.
But then, since he is a Korean, there are some words that he spoke differently. Perhaps, it’s also because of his slang intonation. He have also forgot to do the hands on chest while singing this. Seems that Filipinos should also start on learning the Korean anthem after this.
Watch the video below. It is the Korean version of the Philippine national anthem, “Lupang Hinirang.”
