James Reid and Nadine Lustre, stars of Viva Films’ latest movie “Talk Back and You’re Dead” did the highly popular ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Monday, August 25, 2014 during a mall show.
Dubbed for their love team known as JaDine, two of the country’s hottest tandem likewise accepted the challenge by pouring a bucket of ice water on each other’s head. The two prodded to accept the challenge are being nominated by their fans.
Nadine Lustre who first worked with the former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate in hit romantic-drama, “Diary ng Panget” nominated her co-stars Yassi Pressman, Joseph Marco and Andre Paras.
James Reid for his part nominated Anne Curtis, Cristine Reyes and Sam Milby, the stars of romantic movie “The Gifted.”
After doing the challenge, the 21-year-old actor called “TV Patrol” anchor Mario Dumaual, whose covering the event held at Market! Market! mall in Taguig to do the same.
The veteran reporter nominated Philippine senator Grace Poe, showbiz reporter Gretchen Fullido and anchor Marc Logan to do the challenge within 24 hours or else they will be obliged to donate to the ALS Association in US.
The challenge aims to raise awareness about Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The widespread online craze was participated by many local and international personalities.
