Kapatid actor Vin Abrenica finally confirmed his relationship with actress Sophie Albert, saying that she was indeed his girlfriend, during his interview with entertainment site PEP.
Vin Abrenica said that he and Sophie Albert made their relationship official months ago, refusing to reveal the exact date. “Naging kami noong… months ago nung naging kami. Yes, kami na. Siguro yung exact date, I want to keep it private na lang,” he said.
The younger brother of Aljur Abrenica and Sophie Albert became best friends before they took their relationship to the next level. According to Vin Abrenica, their friendship before is a big factor to make their romantic ties strong.
Asked if she wanted the 24-year-old star to be his forever, Vin Abrenica said: “Para sa akin, we’re enjoying our company now. So far, so good, we’re happy. Pero siyempre, kailangan ko munang maging stable, to have my own house, my own car.”
Vin Abrenica and Sophie Albert became closer to each other when they joined the reality-based talent search show “Artista Academy(AA)” in TV5 and they later on won in the competition.
They first worked together in the romantic-drama series “Never Say Goodbye” with the industry’s biggest actors and actresses Superstar Nora Aunor, Alice Dixson, Gardo Versoza and Cesar Montano.
Meanwhile, Sophie Albert is currently busy promoting her Cinemalaya film entry “#Y(read as hashtag Y)”.
