The British victim of Air Algeric plane crash is known to be David Morgan. He was one of the 116 passengers when Air Algeric flight crashed in Mali on Thursday, July 24, 2014. It is also said on the news that none of them are saved.
It is confirmed yesterday by a Foreign Office spokesperson. According to him, “It is with deep regret that the Foreign and Commonwealth Office confirms the death of a British man on board Air Algerie flight AH 5017.
He also said that they are already providing consular support to the family of the said victims and for other victims as well. He also appealed for the media to give privacy to those families who are grieving at the moment.
On the other hand, the death of the said British national “deeply saddened” David Cameron.
There are some who says that this plane crash is due to terrorism. Yet many officials have confirmed that it was just because of the bad weather.
It is also stated that almost half of the passengers were French yet France will not be exerting efforts to find out what had happened.
They also confirmed that the plane had requested permission to change course due to bad weather.
This plane crash had made many French families to mourn on their dead love ones.
