The CCTV footage of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde student, Guillo Servando, the alleged victim of hazing was released online while the Manila Police Distric conducted their own investigation with the said video. The CCTV footage taken from the security cameras of a condominium along Taft Avenue in Manila shows two young men dragging the victim.

The video recorded at 9:34 PM shows the 18-year-old Guillo Servando, who was then still conscious, dragged by two young men out of the elevator of One Archer’s residential tower.
Based upon the CCTV footage, aside from the two men dragging the victim, another unidentified boy entered the scene with a brown backpack and was talking on his mobile phone.
According to the initial report posted by PhilStar, the four young men, which includes Guillo Servando, John Paul Raval, Lorenze Agustin, and a 17-year-old student, were dropped off at the condominium unit owned by Raval. Servando’s companion brought him to the unit of Raval at the 29th floor of the building after an alleged fraternity rites.
Guillo Servando, the alleged hazing victim was obviously weak during the incident, he could no longer stand, his companions tried to help him so he could stand and walk, but their effort was in vain so they drag the victim.
The alleged hazing victim Servando was then admitted to the Philippine General Hospital together with Lorenze Agustin and a 17-year-old student. The three are believed to be victims of hazing by suspected members of Tau Gamma Phi fraternity, Guillo Servando did not survive and passed away shortly after the incident.
