The Kapamilya actress-host Alex Gonzaga revealed that her sister Multi-media star Toni Gonzaga and her mother Pinty screen her suitors at the press conference for her upcoming TV series “Pure Love” on Thursday June 26, 2014.

Alex Gonzaga said that one of her deciding factors to pick a boyfriend is whether her mother Pinty and Toni Gonzaga will like the guy because she has no choice but to follow them.
“‘Pag sinabi niyang [Toni Gonzaga], ‘Ayoko niyan,’ ayoko na din. Ang mommy, kunwari may ipinakilala ka sa kanya, ‘tapos sinabi niya, ‘Ayoko ‘yan,’ huwag mo nang ituloy,” she said.
According to Alex Gonzaga, the “Starting Over Again” star is advising her to date with a non-showbiz guy so that she can explore life outside the showbiz world.
However, the 26-year-old star is closing her doors from romantic relationship for now because she does not want to rush things and she wants to focus on her career. She also said that she is not yet ready and she will wait for God’s perfect time.
During the press conference, her leading man Arjo Atayde revealed that she likes Alex Gonzaga and he is willing to wait until she will finally open her doors for relationship, to which surprises the actress.
Meanwhile, Alex Gonzaga and Arjo Atayde is now gearing up for their first series together “Pure Love”, The Filipino adaptation of the hit South Korean series “49 Days”, which also star Joseph Marco, Yen Santos and Yam Concepcion. It will premiere on ABS-CBN Primetime this July.
