Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera once again raked another title as she was named Celebrity Magnet of the Year by Yahoo! Celebrity Awards 2014.
According to the 29-year-old certified Kapuso star, she was shocked after learning that she won the award. Marian Rivera who is currently in a relationship with actor Dingdong Dantes still managed to attend the awarding ceremony though she was not feeling well at the time.
Marian Rivera is nominated in five categories including Actress of the Year, Celebrity of the Year, Celebrity Couple of the Year with Dingdong Dantes, Fan Club of the Year (DongYanatics) and Teleserye of the Year for her defunct series Carmela.
Celebrity Magnet of the Year Award or known as Media Magnet recognizes the most talked about and most popular artist in the entertainment industry and the winner for this year’s special award is no less than Marian Rivera.
During the awards night held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Amber Ultra Lounge, Fort Strip in Taguig City, Marian Rivera marked as the first celebrity to be interviewed at the Yahoo! Bus.
Voting lines for your favorite stars opens on the same day which will end on July 12, 2014. The awarding ceremony for the Yahoo! Celebrity Awards 2014 will take place on July 18, 2014 at SM Mall of Asia Arena.
