Veteran director Peque Gallaga was allegedly involved in an unpleasant incident that showed his rude behavior inside a restaurant in Makati City. The Facebook post was posted by a certain Pagan Arches-Reyes.

According to the Facebook post, the incident happened at Mamou Restaurant at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City in an unspecified date. The post was made public last April 26, 2014.
In an exclusive report posted by Pep.Ph on May 7, 2014, the entertainment site narrated the incident took place on APril 26, 2014. According to Pagan Arches-Reyes, the director, Peque Gallaga was with director Lore Reyes and actress G. Tongi and some other companions.
The Facebook user, noted that Peque Gallaga whom he named as “PG” on Facebook, started showing his rude behavior when a certain baby cries at the restaurant, the director complaint to the waiter about the noisy baby.
Based upon the Facebook post, the director allegedly stated that “This is ridiculous! We’re having a meeting here and there’s a baby crying. This would be banned in the States!” he said. After that, another baby inside the restaurant also cried, so Peque Gallaga’s companion demanded and approached a waiter that the baby be asked to leave the restaurant.

The entertainment website Pep.ph tried to contact Peque Gallaga to get his side of the story but the director noted through a message that “I have no statement; it’s a non-issue.” he said.
