The 22-year-old model along with other suspects in the mauling of the “It’s Showtime” co-host including Jed Fernandez, Ferdinand Guerrero and Jose Paolo Calma are still at large. The police and the members of NBI already conducted manhunt operation against the suspects of Vhong Navarro.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Leila de Lima urges the other fugitives to surrender following the arrest of Cedric Lee and Simeon “Zimmer Raz” Palma in Oras, Eastern Samar last week.

Based upon the reports, Deniece Cornejo was also in the resort where Cedric Lee and Zimmer Raz harbored for a week. The caretaker of the resort noted that Cornejo arrived in the area few days before the arrest of Lee and Palma.

Meanwhile, reports claimed that Jed Fernandez, one of the accused is also willing to surrender to the authorities and has applied as the state-witness in the case and is going to divulge details in the “Oplan Bugbog” planned by Cedric Lee.

A friend of Jed Fernandez reportedly approached veteran broadcast journalist Tony Calvento and said that Fernandez is willing to tell the truth. However, Jed Fernandez reportedly backs out.

A Taguig court previously entered a not guilty plea on the serious illegal detention case of Cedric Lee and Zimmer Raz. The suspects are set to appear before Taguig RTC on May 6, 2014 for another arraignment.
