Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) released on its official website its Holy Week 2014 banking hours and schedule in selected branches nationwide starting Maundy Thursday (April 17, 2014) until Black Saturday (April 19, 2014)
According to its advisory, Metrobank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) all over the Philippines will be available for withdrawal and other bank transactions. The monitoring systems for Metrobank ATMs are already in place to ensure that the machines will remain accessible to the valued costumers.
Based on the announcement made by one of the country’s leading financial institution, its branches will be closed on Good Friday, April 18, 2014 and will resume operation on April 19, 2014 onwards.

Major banks in the Philippines which include the BDO Unibank Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Philippine National Bank (PNB) earlier announced that its branches will be closed from April 17-20, 2014 in observance of the Holy Week 2014.
