10th EPS-TOPIK Schedule of Registration Released by POEA

The Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD-Korea) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration announced that they will be conducting the 10th Employment Permit System (EPS) – Test of of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK).

The EPS-TOPIK 2014 will be conducted this coming June 29, 2014 for the Paper Based Test (PBT) while the Computer-Based-Test (CBT) will be conducted on July 3-20, 2014 in designated testing centers nationwide.

The HRD-Korea and the POEA released the schedule of registration for those who responded to the POEA online survey on EPS-TOPIC. The registration for the 10th EPS-TOPIK will start on Monday, April 21 until Friday, April 25, 2014.

The registration for EPS-TOPIK will start at arond 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. The Registration date and session are already (–foul word(s) removed–)igned by the POEA. All applicants are advised to follow the schedule (–foul word(s) removed–)igned to them due to limited registration period.

The POEA and the HRD-Korea also noted the following requirements for the EPS-TOPIK:

• Only those who responded to the POEA online survey on EPS-TOPIK can register for the 10th EPS-TOPIK.
• ™ Must have valid p(–foul word(s) removed–)port on the day of EPS-TOPIK registration.
• ™ Female workers are restricted to register this time due to slow demand.
• ™ Must be between 18 and 38 years of age (Born between April 21, 1976 and April 21, 1996).
•  Must not have any record of conviction or imprisonment for a heinous crime.
•   Must have no record of deportation or departure orders from the Republic of Korea.
• ™ Must not be restricted from departure from the Philippines.
