Vhong Navarro Files Counter Affidavit Against Margarita Fajardo (Photos)

Actor-host Vhong Navarro has filed a counter affidavit against his third complainant identified as Margarita Fajardo on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC).

The 37-year-old “It’s Showtime” co-host was accompanied by his legal counsel, Atty. Alma Mallonga during his counter-affidavit filing against his alleged third victim.

26-year-old Margarita Fajardo who filed a case against Vhong Navarro last Friday, April 4, 2014 claimed that the actor-host held an attempt on her in 2009.

Based on the previous interview of Atty. Alma Mallonga, her client already expected the complaint noting this allegations is possibly just another ruse of businessman Cedric Lee to divert the attention away from the mauling incident he was involved.

Cedric Lee is one of the eight persons facing series of criminal cases filed by Vhong Navarro including serious illegal detention, a non-bailable offense in relation to the mauling incident last January 22, 2014.

“Hindi naman masyado itong nakakaapekto [kay Vhong] katulad nung mga nauna because this is something he expected. Please watch out because malakas ang tunog sa amin na merong another complaint… Iba na naman,” Atty. Mallonga said.

According to the previous reports, Margarita Fajardo is a stunt double in the ABS-CBN series “I Love Betty La Fea” which also stars with Vhong Navarro, John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo.
