PRC Announced Special Board Exam (SPLBE) in the Middle East for 2014

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, March 20, 2014 the Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPLBE) will be conducted in the Middle East this coming October 3-5, 2014.

According to the PRC applicants of the SPLBE may apply through PRC’s On-Line Application System (OAS). Upon submission of the application for the Board Exam via OAS, the applicants must submit the required documents to the Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO’s) at their respective Emb(–foul word(s) removed–)ies/Consulates until Tuesday, July 15, 2014. The PRC also announced that the examination fees for SPLBE shall be paid and remitted by the applicant/examinee through the designated Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Overseas Remittance Offices (OROs).

The PRC also noted the following basic documents needed by the PRC:

Basic Documents

• Photocopy of Transcript of Records (with or without scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination Purposes Only”)
• Photocopy of Valid P(–foul word(s) removed–)port
• Four (4) p(–foul word(s) removed–)port-size pictures with complete name-tag in white background

Original copies of the above-mentioned documents shall be presented to members of the PRC Examination Team for validation upon the latter’s arrival at the examination venues.
