The PRC released the official results of the Registered Electrical Engineer on Friday, February 28, 2014. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 574 out of 1,648 Registered Electrical Engineers and 871 out of 1,973 Registered Master Electricians.

The Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) Licensure Examination was conducted in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Cagayan de Oro City, last February 23-24, 2014.
The REE was conducted by the members of the Board of Electrical Engineer with Chairman Engr. Fortunato C. Leynes and Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza and Engr. Francis V. Mapile as members who administered the examination for the February 2014 Registered Electrical Engineer.

Students from the Mapua Institute of Technology dominated this year’s Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination with Pol John Amaro Cruz topping the list of topnotchers with 88.45% ratings and followed by fellow MIT-Manila graduate Jephraim Catampatan Manansala who ranked No. 2 with an official rating of 88.35%.
Daxter William Lopez Gulben from the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology ranked Third with a rating of 86.40%.
