Chism was the original reinforcement that Barako hired to help in the team in their Commissioner’s Cup campaign but the 6’9 forward became dispensable after he had problem with his Hungarian team. He was released just few days after his arrival in the country.

But the Energy has got great replacement in Dollard who despite being quite small is showing a lot of positive things in the practice. The veteran import abroad is said to have good free throw touch and outside shooting.

“Magalinggumalaw.May back to the basket. Deadly ang perimeter, may salaksak, malakasangkatawansailalim. Tumi three points pa,” said Barako Bull Energy (–foul word(s) removed–)istant coach Jig Mendoza. (Statement from Spin.ph)

Dollard though still has suspect in his game and it is his defense. “It’s one thing we want to work on, pero I think we still have time. We’ll give him special training on that (defense),” said Ramos. (statement from Spin.ph)

The 6’7 Joshua Dollard has had experience playing in Turkey, Czech Republic and Finland.
