The controversial model Deniece Cornejo was interviewed live on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at the top-rating entertainment show, Startalk by GMA Network. Deniece Cornejo challenged Vhong Navarro to tell the truth about what really happened during the January 22 event.

The 22-year-old Deniece Cornejo accused Vhong Navarro and a case was already filed by Deniece’s camp. Vhong Navarro on his part also signed the affidavit pinpointing Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee as the culprit during the mauling incident on him.
During the interview conducted by Startalk, the former student of La Salle, was asked about her opinion after she knows that the sympathy of the public is in favor of Vhong Navarro.
Deniece Cornejo just answered “Kung mapapansin nyo po, lagi nalang po panig ni Vhong. Di pa po naririrnig. Di pa po nabibigyan ng pagkakataon magsalita ang mga taong naapektohan at biktima,” Cornejo said.
The former part-time actress who was seen as extra in various Kapamilya shows added further that “Hindi po. Sabi ko po kung alam nyo po ang katotohanan, walang kailangang katakutan.” Deniece stated when she was asked if she is afraid of businessman Cedric Lee.
