NASA Telescope Captured Hand of God Image Went Viral

Nowadays, there are so many rare phenomenon existing in social media sites which went viral due to its creative as well as imaginative way just to catch the attention of some netizens.

This latest trend report is based on christianpost.com, to which National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)  Telescope captured an image dubbed as “Hand of God.”

In regard with the image captured by NASA via telescope, netizens believed that the photo was just enhanced with the help of photoshop in order to solidify and make the image real, however other people who saw this image also give their opinions saying this photo caught by NASA was perfectly and amazingly captured, is truly natural.

With this “Hand of God” image, NASA said on their report, “the stellar corpse, called PSR B1509-58, or B1509 for short, is a pulsar: it rapidly spins around, seven times per second, firing out a particle wind into the material around it – material that was ejected in the star’s explosion,” and added “these particles are interacting with magnetic fields around the material, causing it to glow with X-rays. The result is a cloud that, in previous images, looked like an open hand. The pulsar itself can’t be seen in this picture, but is located near the bright white spot.”

Meanwhile the writer of space.com, Tanya Lewis wrote the image was a “pareidolia,” or “psychological phenomenon of perceiving familiar shapes in random or vague images.”

Lewis also added “Scientists aren’t sure whether the ejected material actually (–foul word(s) removed–)umes the shape of a hand, or whether its interaction with the pulsar’s particles is just making it appear that.”

“Other common forms of pareidolia include seeing animals or faces in clouds, or the man in the moon. Despite its supernatural appearance, the Hand of God was produced by natural astrophysical phenomena.”
