Hero K-9 dog Warns Residents of Fire in QC on Christmas Day

A K-g dog became a hero after the canine mammal alarmed the residents of Novaliches, Quenzon City from a fire raged into a four-door apartment.

The K-9 dog named Debra was out walking along with its owner Gene Rueda when the dog became strained. It hauled from its rope until Rueda followed the dog into an alley as it went uneasy.

“Mga 7:30 ng umaga nagke-kwentuhan kami sa tapat ng bahay. Yung isang tito ko nagpapasyal ng aso nya yung K-9, si Debra. Na sense niya may nangyayaring kakaiba hinatak niya tito ko papasok sa iskinita. Pagpunta nila doon makapal na usok,” said a certain Rudolf Lu.

The area already coated with a thick black smoke until the fire marshals put out the fire around 8 a.m.

“Nakulob yung apoy. Yung iskinita na papasukan mo may bubong at yung apartment sa dulo kulob kaya di mo pa makikita yung usok,” Lu added.
